What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name if you give one, phone, email, suburb, the service you picked, a good time to call and your message. When you call us, we note your number and what the job is.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, quote the job, book it in and keep the service record for the equipment we work on. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

The form

The quote form sends your details to our office over an encrypted connection. It carries a hidden field that people never see and automated spam fills in, and it limits how many messages one connection can send in ten minutes. That is all it does: there are no advertising trackers on this site.

This is a concept site built by Graphicl. On this demo the form checks what you type and sends nothing.

Storage

Enquiries and job records are kept in our job management system for as long as we service the equipment, and for seven years after the last invoice for tax purposes. Refrigerant records are kept as the Australian Refrigeration Council requires.
